Revisiting the Gourmet Burger restaurant experience to create a new story around the key DNA of King Marcel, “My Burger is French”.

The customer journey has been re-arranged to cater for both inside and take away offer with an optimisation of the flows of products, customers and staff. The approach also brought in key elements of an icon of French gastronomy: the Bistrot, with its feature Bar.
