Strategy for NEXTDOOR customer experience and wayfinding.

Sketchbook and ideas of architectural and graphic elements defining the customer experience in the NEXTDOOR buildings.

The approach was to present the building as a neighboroud, where offices are dwellings and common areas are public spaces, playing on a seamless in&out perception of the spaces to enhance the sense of community. We proposed to inject urban elements indoors, and retranslate natural aspects of an environment within the overall walking and common areas. This approach is further expressed by bold statements such as local facades, green spaces, graffitis, all the way to more personal and residential offices spaces allowing for a comfortable degree of customisation.
